Experience T-Mobile’s Fast and Reliable Network with Network Pass for iPhone Users

Experience T-Mobile’s Incredible Network with Network Pass

If you’re considering switching to T-Mobile but want to give their network a spin before making a decision, you’re in luck. While the T-Mobile Network Test Drive app is no longer available for iOS users, you can still explore T-Mobile’s reliable and fast network with the Network Pass. This new option offers a simple and convenient way to experience T-Mobile’s service on your iPhone.

What Was the T-Mobile Network Test Drive App?

The T-Mobile Network Test Drive app was designed for iOS users with a compatible, unlocked iPhone. It allowed potential customers to test out T-Mobile’s network for a limited period before committing to any plans. If you missed out on this opportunity, don’t worry! There’s a new solution in town—Network Pass.

Introducing Network Pass

Network Pass offers you a chance to test T-Mobile’s network for 30 days or up to 30GB of data usage, whichever comes first. This trial is open to new customers and is exclusively available for those who are not currently with T-Mobile, Sprint, Metro by T-Mobile, or any T-Mobile partner networks. Do note that former Test Drive users will need to wait six months before becoming eligible for another trial.

Device Compatibility for Network Pass

To utilize the Network Pass, you must have an Apple iPhone XS or newer model that supports eSIM functionality. Your iPhone must be unlocked, running on iOS 14.5 or higher, and not using eSIM for your current provider. iPhone 12 or newer devices will provide you with access to T-Mobile’s high-speed 5G network, enhancing your browsing and streaming experience.

Removing T-Mobile Network from your eSIM Profile

If you’ve tested the network and are ready to move on, follow these steps to remove the T-Mobile plan from your eSIM profile:

  1. From your iPhone’s Home screen, open Settings.
  2. Select Cellular from the Settings menu.
  3. Tap on Secondary under Cellular Plans.
  4. Choose Remove Cellular Plan.
  5. Confirm by selecting Remove T-Mobile Plan again.

And that’s it! Your T-Mobile plan has now been successfully removed from your eSIM profile.

Limitations to Keep in Mind

Before diving into your Network Pass experience, be aware of the following limitations:

  • The trial is limited to 30 days or 30GB of data, whichever comes first.
  • You must have a compatible device (iPhone XS or newer) with eSIM capabilities.
  • Your device needs to be unlocked and running on iOS 14.5 or higher.
  • Current T-Mobile, Sprint, Metro by T-Mobile, and T-Mobile partner network customers are not eligible.
  • You may need to upgrade your plan to access full coverage when you switch to T-Mobile.
